Background
We would like to introduce our group poster
presentation topic, which is about the Future of Technology Interpersonal
Relationship in 2025.
Let's trace back to the ancient time, people conveyed information mainly by oral and written communication.During that time, different ethnic groups exchange through letters, books and other interactive communication because of the invention and using extensively of the characters.
Telegraph was invented in the nineteenth century, the speed of text was in close proximity to the speed of light to be delivered faster. On the other hand, the telephone was invented in the nineteenth century and been widely used in 20th century.Interpersonal communication can be achieved through sound clearly, instantaneously, interactively.
TV appeared in 1936, the national broadcasting company(NBC)officially launched TV program in 1939. The appearance of TV strongly caught people's attention and begin to influenced various aspects of modern life fundamentally in people's life.Television not also expands people's vision but also becomes the sort of thing that would have made an interesting talking point at dinner parties.
Interpersonal relations between people has been changing since the wide widespread use of computers, mobile phones and internet.People prefer to communicating through these technological tools. For example, people get used to using texting instead of face-to-face conversation.
We can see through this image below which illustrates how our way of communication has been interrupting from past to today. As Maure
mention “We may rely on the weak connections we’re making on social media more
than on the strong connections we might have when we’re meeting face-to-face,”
(Keller, 2013).
Introduction
In this poster we would like to show how the
interpersonal relationship has changed and is going to change much more. All
those changes are effected of new face of technology. It is hard to predict
anything, especial when it comes to the technology, I think that only the
innovators can say something more, therefore we will more analysis than
prediction.
Relationships focused on mutual relations of the participants, which refer to the
positive or negative relationships
between partners.
Psychological layer
of interpersonal relationships is the
result of the correlation of
quality partners, the circumstances in which they take place and suitability of the entity resulting from the personality, but the source can be narrowed down to
a "me" society. (Psychology20, 2014)
Interpersonal relationships, we can define as dynamic
progress of continuous changes during its existence. We can refer them to the living
organisms, which have the beginning of the relationship, vitality, and an end.
Grow and gradually improving, as people get to know each other and become more
and closer. They can, also falling apart, the people are moving away from each
other and form new relationships with others.
Changes
Technology isn't just changing the way people encounter new information -- it's also changing the way people encounter each other.Let us watch a video regarding on how technology will affect relationships, families and children in the future:
The way of communication is constantly changing, so we can foresee that in 2025 it will completely different, probably the newly innovated devices will take over dominance and the interpersonal relationship will change much more, therefore we can suppose that it will turn to:
• Rather text than talk. (Maura Keller, 2013.)
• Video call instead of face-to-face interaction
• New inventions of argument reality (discuss later)
• Online business
(please review the video for getting more details of online business.

Nowadays, online teaching becomes more and more popular.Internet has been an important part of school teaching. The technology enables all people to get access to Internet and others like learning Management Systems, databases, video compression software, and a host of others.
MOOCs
The online
courses are open to an unlimited number of participants is available on the
website. In compering to the usual material presented during the traditional
courses, like a videos, reading and tasks to be solved, there are also
interactive forums that allow you to create a cohesive student community,
teachers and assistants. The massive open online courses, although there were
quite recently, in 2012, revolutionized the approach to distance learning
Communication Devices effect
The people’s interpersonal relationships has been
changing since technology has so big influence of human’s life. The first
factor which has such a big influence was the simple phones, the
landline phone. Personal contact already then became superfluous within
ordinary conversation.
At the beginning it was about convenience, now it comes
down sometimes to a lack of skills communications.
Basically, the technology makes more convenient to develop the relationship but it is also changed the way how we relate to each other. This is a time of technology and information. Instead, this is the generation technology is changing us. How can we overcome the barriers of the negative influence of technology.First, try to leave your mobile phones behind when you have friends by your side.Go for a traditional dinner.

Social Media effect
One
main facet of social media is its emphasis on creating and maintaining
relationships. (Jain, 2014)
First of all, social
media are changing our
relationship style.
- First, it allows us to faster Internet connection so greater amounts of people.
- Secondly, it can be very easy to overestimate the level of intimacy of our relationship sites.
- Thirdly, the make and we become more sensitive to as social media impact, which can lead to changes in behavior, attitudes, beliefs, such, which is predominant in our social network.
- Fourth, social media makes it easy to compare yourself with others, which may have positive or negative effects.
Although we cannot be abandoned
of the Social media entirely, because in spite of all social medias has lots of
benefits.
The five social Medias listed
above are extremely popular so using them we can be in a center of the world
and have an access to lots of things. All you have to do, to properly manage
all the threats.
“Experts
predict the Internet will become ‘like electricity’ — less visible, yet more
deeply embedded in people’s lives for good and ill” (Paw Research, 2014)
Another reasons of more use of internet is
that now we are using 3G services but in the future we will have 4G services
which increase the speed of internet by 10 times (2014, Packer).
In 2025, it will exist more apps like
Facebook, Twitter and Blogger for people to interact with each other. People
can take advantage of the high speed internet for video calling in 2025.
Already
now we have an option of video chat which can improve the way of people's
interactions, who live in a faraway distance. It is more convenient because we
can see the person with whom we talk, it can lead to make relations more strong
and efficient. Since the era of iPhones, the video calling becomes more popular
and mobile. We are able to provide the video calls wherever we are, not only in
front of the computers at home. And what is the most important it is for free,
so we can contact with anybody at any time, if we want and need.
Virtual Reality
Other aspect of changing international relationship is a virtual reality.Argument reality is the artificial cover on the real world which changes the real world.
People
don’t need any more now each other in a real word to interact with each other,
they can meet only somewhere in a virtual world.
Year 2025 will direct human's life toward vitality, in
which people will compete, spend the time to socialize, relax, enjoy their
entertainment and lead all sorts of economic activities.
“British
Telecom futurologist Ian Pearson says immersive computer-generated environments
will give people "a life-size, 3-D image and the links to your nervous
system allow you to shake hands, it's like being in the other person's office.
It's impossible to believe that won't be the normal way of communicating." (elone.edu, 2014)
Watch
the following video to have a look for how argument reality affects our life:
Conclusion
Throughout our
poster presentation, we can make some predictions regarding on the impact of
technology, on our interpersonal relationship. It is not doubt, that our
technology is still developing, and making progress that makes our life quicker
and easier.
Clearly, we have
to admit that technology enriches our lives, it adds more resources, and how
can we communicate. This basically changed the way today, and even more in the
future, are kept social interactions.
However, a
relatively greater amount of communication does not prove the quality of
interpersonal interaction.
The bottom line,
is that we were able to accurately select the process fluid situation. We have
to remember, that there are a range of media and technology not always be the
best option, and to realize of the side-effect on the corresponding alienation
among interpersonal relationship, because of the overly convenient way of
communication.
